Dorna Sports gets waiver for CPPIB deal, adds €85m of new loans

Dorna Sports, the Spanish sports-rights management group, has successfully completed its waiver request and added another €85m to its debt to refinance shareholder loans.

Pricing on its existing loans was also amended, leaving the €34m and $44m term loan ‘A’ paying 450bp over Euribor/Libor — a 25bp increase in pricing. It matures in March 2017.
