Mobily calls Nordic ECAs for Islamic funding

Saudi telecoms firm Mobily has signed Islamic loan agreements totalling around $650m with Nordic export credit agencies, the firm said on Sunday.

Finland's ECA Finnvera and Sweden's ECA EKN have both agreed loans of $325m each. Neither loan comes with an ECA guarantee. 

The loans have 10 year tenors and will be drawn over the next 1.5 years. Mobily is paying 171bp for the funding.
