Aspen senior allocations due today

Banks committing to the senior stage of South African pharmaceutical firm Aspen’s $2bn new money loan will receive their allocations on Thursday.

The senior stage of syndication closed last week, with lenders at this level expecting the deal to be almost fully funded before launching into general syndication. 

The financing is for M&A activity, so the deal will not be increased even if it is oversubscribed.
