Argentina eyes euros by early November
Luis Caputo, the finance minister of Argentina, said on Wednesday that the South American sovereign would likely return to the euro-denominated bond market in late October or early November.
Caputo told a press conference at the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, DC that the government would look to complete its financing needs for the year in the next few weeks.
