Lone Star sells huge chunk of Neinor tightly

Lone Star Funds, the US private equity group, has completed the first selldown of shares in Neinor Homes, the Spanish property developer, since its €775m IPO in March, and managed to sell a whopping 27% stake.

Citigroup and Credit Suisse, the IPO global coordinators, were bookrunners alongside JP Morgan.

The deal initially consisted of 15.8m shares, a 20% stake. The leads wallcrossed investors before launch, which gave indications of demand bigger than the initial deal size.
