Agribusiness Wilmar International wrapped up a speedy senior loan syndication last week, and is now offering the loan to more banks. The company wants to raise $1.5bn from a three-tranche loan after attracting two banks with an early bird offer.

ING has appointed Evgeny Gaevskiy from VTB Capital for its emerging markets syndicated finance team alongside Nick Vozianov, who it hired from SMBC. They will focus on the central and Eastern European market from London and will report to Oliver Blount, head of syndicated finance, CEE.
