Timo Ruotsalainen will replace Martti Porkka as the new managing director of Aktia Real Estate Mortgage Bank. He starts on October 1. Ruotsalainen joins from Finland’s Municipality Finance, where he is head of funding until he leaves on August 27. He joined Municipality Finance in 2003.
