The International Capital Market Association (ICMA) announced on Tuesday that Michael Gower, head of long term funding at Rabobank, would become chairman of its issuers’ forum. The issuers’ forum was set up in June 2010 and initially chaired by ICMA’s chief executive Martin Scheck.

UBS has created a new global capital solutions group, according to an internal memo seen by EuroWeek. The group will be run by Anthony Ragozino and Prasad Gollakota, who currently lead their teams on a regional basis in the Americas and Europe, respectively.
