Odin Holdings, a private equity firm, will sell its W153bn ($143m) stake in Korea Aerospace Industries overnight on February 10. The secondary share placement will comprise up to 4.9m shares, representing about 5% of the company, according to a term sheet seen by EuroWeek Asia.
