  • A new task force backed by the American Bar Association will try to answer what to do about implicit leveraging by mutual funds using derivatives, Andrew Donohue, director of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Investment Management, told delegates at the Mutual Fund Directors Forum this week.
