CEE corps cash in on abundant demand as EM returns to favour

Despite Argentina soaking up $16.5bn of demand, other emerging market issuers also recorded high levels of oversubscription this week, suggesting EM is awash with cash and ideal conditions for the healthy pipeline of issuers due next week.

After a volatile start to the year, a turn in sentiment has buoyed support for EM credit at last. Brent crude oil hit highs of $46 a barrel on Thursday, and improving data from China as well as a weaker dollar have contributed to supportive issuing conditions.
