UFJ, Japan's fourth largest bank, was accused on Monday of deceiving regulators about the true size of its non-performing loans. A Japanese newspaper claimed the Financial Services Agency (FSA) discovered a room containing documents that revealed the real size of UFJ's supposed bad loan problem.
