FCE Bank swaps Internotes for Coins, WestLB steps up

FCE Bank, the A3/BBB-/BBB+ rated finance arm of US auto manufacturer Ford, has joined Deutsche Bank's Coins retail platform after quitting the Internotes platform owned by Incapital Europe and Bank of America.
