ABN’s Nightwatch and BSN’s Ebury set to launch ABCP

ABN Amro is poised to begin issuing from its new $5bn multi-seller asset backed commercial paper programme, Nightwatch Funding.

Rated A-1+/P1, the conduit has reduced liquidity back-up facilities and will engage in a combination of market value swaps and extendible notes.
