JP Morgan consortium picks five for Southern Water bid

Five banks have been mandated to arrange the debt backing the acquisition of Southern Water. Dresdner Kleinwort, HSBC, JP Morgan and Royal Bank of Scotland are the bookrunners. National Australia Bank has joined them as a mandated lead arranger.
