CVC and ACS restructure Abertis stakes
Actividades de Construcciones y Servicios (ACS) on Wednesday agreed to sell its 25.8% stake in Abertis, the Spanish infrastructure group, to private equity firm CVC. ACS and CVC plan to jointly invest in a structure that will control ACS’s 25.8% stake.
