Emerging market banks test limits on tenor

Russian and Turkish banks are borrowing money with the longest maturities given to financial institutions in the region since the credit crisis. A spate of long dated deals for Russian and Turkish financial institutions have hit the market or been signed in recent weeks, as confidence begins to pour back into the central and eastern European loan markets after a tough three years.
