Statoil books covered

The books are covered on Statoil Fuel & Retail’s Nkr4.92bn ($848m) IPO, the joint bookrunners said on Wednesday morning four days after they launched the deal.

Statoil is selling 40% of SFR, plus a 15% greenshoe and the books are covered across the entire deal size at the low end of the range said joint bookrunners ABG Sundal Collier, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citigroup.
