BNPP, Deutsche and SG lead Eu550m R Cable loans

Private equity firm CVC is to raise Eu550m of loans to rebalance the capital structure of Spanish cable firm R Cable. BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank and Société Générale are mandated lead arrangers of the loans.
