EQT signs $1bn senior loans syndication

EQT has signed Skr6.6bn (1.0596bn) of senior loan facilities which, along with Eu200m of PIK notes, will be used to finance the buy-out of Swedish refrigeration group Dometic.

The loan comprises a Skr2.75bn six year senior term loan ‘A’, a Skr2.95bn seven year senior term loan ‘B’, a Skr300m six year capex facility and a Skr600m six year senior secured revolver.
