Greene King serves up £400m refinancing

UK pub group Greene King has refinanced its existing £400m loan with a five year revolving credit. The new £400m deal will replace a line arranged in April 2007 and set to mature next year.

BNP Paribas, Barclays Capital, Commerzbank and Lloyds Banking Group are mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners on the outstanding deals. Banco Santander and Svenska Handelsbanken also participated.
