Diversifying Neopost continues refi with two Schuldscheine

French mailroom equipment maker Neopost has raised €50m and $50m in separate four year Schuldschein loans from French and Asian investors as part of a longer-term refinancing of its existing debt.

Neopost will now seek to refinance a €133m private placement provided by Crédit Agricole that is due to mature in December 2012, and its €675m syndicated revolving credit facility that will mature in June 2013.
