Investor scramble for Euronext shares in tail-swallow

Equity investors lined up for a slice of shares in Euronext on Thursday night, in a €213.7m block trade by two shareholders selling down their stakes before the company’s €1.8bn rights issue.

The sellers, Euroclear and SFPI-FPIM, sold 2.83m Euronext shares at €75.50 each, a 3.6% discount to the closing price on the Paris stock exchange.
