Shanxi Securities gets anchors for $200m print

Shanxi Securities Co sold a heavily anchored $200m bond on Tuesday, relying largely on Chinese banks for its second international deal.

The three year Reg S trade, which was capped at $200m, was opened at the 3.75% area. It was closed at 3.4% and sold at par.

The order book peaked at $605m, including $307m from the leads, around 4pm local time. Deal statistics were not released, but the trade ...
