Sweden’s Hemnet launches IPO

Hemnet, the Swedish online property marketplace, has launched the marketing process for an IPO on the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange.
The deal is an all-secondary offering. The main sellers are General Atlantic, which owns 60% of the company, and Sprint, which owns 17%.
Carnegie, Citi and Morgan Stanley are global coordinators on the deal. Barclays and Nordea are bookrunners.
