Trustpilot finds early momentum on IPO

Trustpilot, the online review site, has moved closer to an IPO on the London Stock Exchange, attracting a number of high profile cornerstone investors to the deal.

The company, which formally began investor education on Monday, announced that it has cornerstone commitments for an aggregate of $240m from investors.

The cornerstone orders include BlackRock for $45m of shares, Fidelity for another $45m, Caledonia for $40m and Capital Research for $40m.
