Laos postpones dollar bond again

The Lao People's Democratic Republic has postponed its dollar bond sale for the second time in as many months, this time to provide investors with more information.
The sovereign borrower, rated Caa2/—/CCC, mandated Oppenheimer & Co as global co-ordinator for the proposed deal in December. It was opened in late December, but then put on the backburner as it was launched too late in the year when investors had already wrapped up their portfolios,
