PLN makes return for capex loan

Indonesian state-owned electricity company Perusahaan Listrik Negara is planning a return to the market for a new $1bn loan.

The company is in early stage discussions with banks for the transaction. A banker close to the situation said that although the tenor of the deal has not been decided, PLN is aiming for a facility longer than one year.
