Kaspi grows IPO, will price at top

Kaspi, the Kazakh fintech and e-commerce company, will price its IPO at the top of its price range. It will also grow the deal to around $1bn to meet high levels of investor demand.

Citi and Morgan Stanley are global coordinators on the deal. Renaissance Capital is a joint bookrunner.

The sellers in the IPO are Asia Equity Partners; Baring Vostok; Goldman Sachs; Vyacheslav Kim, Kaspi's chairman and the company’s CEO Mikheil Lomtadze
