Tencent-backed Yidu Tech eyes HK listing

Yidu Tech, a Chinese technology-based healthcare provider, is seeking approval for a Hong Kong IPO.

The company filed a draft prospectus with the city’s bourse on Monday, with the help of sponsors CICC and Goldman Sachs.

It has already attracted interest from large investors, with internet company Tencent Holdings and Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC among its pre-IPO backers.
