Thai state energy giant pushes on with PTTOR listing

Thailand’s state-owned oil and gas conglomerate PTT is moving forward with the IPO of its subsidiary PTT Oil and Retail Business.

The company, wholly-owned by PTT, submitted an application on Thursday with the country’s Securities and Exchange Commission, seeking approval for a primary share listing, according to an exchange filing by its parent.
