Viva eyes up to HK$1.5bn from Li Ning block

Viva China Holdings is selling a chunk of stock in sportswear manufacturer Li Ning Co worth as much as HK$1.51bn ($194.3m).

The vendor is offloading 70m secondary shares, equal to 2.85% of Li Ning’s existing share capital, according to a deal term sheet seen by GlobalCapital Asia.
