The Park Hotels, an Indian luxury hotel chain, is planning to go public next year through an IPO of new and existing shares, according to a source close to the deal.

The company has hired Axis Capital, ICICI Securities and JM Financial to handle the listing, which will comprise a Rp5bn ($70.6m) issue of fresh equity and an offer-for-sale of secondary stock, also worth Rp5bn, said the source. The deal is expected to hit the market in March 2020.
