Boohoo Group co-founders sell down £142m of shares

The co-founders of Boohoo Group, the UK online fashion retailer, have offloaded £142.5m of stock.

Mahmud Kamani, executive chairman of Boohoo Group, and executive director Carol Kane, sold a total of 50m shares, a 4.2% stake in the company.
