TD hits threes with third Canadian dollar covered bond of the year

Toronto Dominion opened order books on Monday for the third dollar benchmark covered bond from a Canadian issuer this year and, like the others, it has also chosen to issue a three year.

Order books were opened at the start of the European session on Monday for the benchmark dollar covered bond, with price guidance of 30bp over mid-swaps. Joint leads on the deal are TD Securities, Citi, BMO Capital Markets,ING and National Australia Bank. ...
