Jones at risk at HSBC

Chris Jones, head of local currency syndicate at HSBC, has been put at risk of redundancy by the bank.

He has been with the firm for nearly 16 years, having joined in 2004 as global head of MTNs and structured notes. 

Jones had been hired from Deutsche Bank where was global head of EMTNs. He had been with Deutsche for seven years.
