Guizhou Bank lines up Hong Kong listing

Chinese provincial lender Bank of Guizhou has set the ball rolling for an IPO in Hong Kong, filing a draft prospectus with the city’s bourse.

The issuer is working with a Chinese trio for its flotation of H-shares: sponsors ABC International, CCB International and CLSA.

Established in 2012 and headquartered in Guiyang — the capital of southwestern Guizhou province — the issuer has eight branches and 207 sub-branches, as of March-end this year.
