Nordic Capital sells remaining Resurs shares

Nordic Capital sold its last shares in Resurs Holding, the Swedish retail finance company, on Tuesday night, ending its investment in a firm it took to market in 2016.

Carnegie, Morgan Stanley and SEB were bookrunners on the Skr1bn (€101m) trade, roughly 9.9% of Resurs’s share capital.

The 19.8m shares were sold at Skr54 a share, a 3.2% discount to the closing price of Skr55.8.
