Loungers stays above issue in trading

Loungers, the bar chain that priced an £83m IPO last Wednesday, is still trading above issue price, banking gains for its IPO investors.

Liberum Capital and Peel Hunt were bookrunners on the Loungers IPO as well as being Loungers’ corporate brokers.

The company sold 30.8m new shares, while 10.8m existing shares were sold by private equity firm Lion Capital at £2 a share.
