Panamanian quasi sovereign lines up bond debut

Empresa de Transmisión Eléctrica (Etesa), the sole electricity transmission company in Panama with exclusive rights to the network, began investor meetings last Friday as it plots an inaugural international bond.

Baa1/BBB rated Etesa is expecting to see at least 60 fixed income investors across 20 meetings in the US, Europe and Latin America, it said last Friday. General manager Gilberto Ferrari will lead the meetings.
