Panama pick-up attracts foreigners to local law bonds

The Republic of Panama sold local bonds to international investors for the first time on Wednesday as it looks to deepen its domestic debt markets.

Panama had wrapped up a roadshow on Tuesday, proposing to sell 144A/Reg S Euroclearable Notas del Tesoro under local laws.
