ICG hires former Carlyle buyout director

ICG has hired Zeina Bain, a former managing director from Carlyle’s European buyout team. Bain is joining ICG’s European subordinated debt and equity team.

She will join ICG on September 2, following 18 years at Carlyle, in which she did deals including Akzo Nobel’s speciality chemicals division buyout.

At ICG, she will be focusing on a strategy that “provides flexible capital solutions to support the strategic ambitions of management teams”.
