Vakifbank opens book for bond market comeback

Vakifbank is taking orders for a five year dollar bond — its first benchmark deal in more than a year.

Citi and JP Morgan are global co-ordinators, while ING, Mizuho, MUFG and SMBC Nikko joined the syndicate as bookrunners. The leads have offered initial price thoughts of 8.375% to 8.5%.
