Country Garden Services nets $250m from share sale

Chinese property manager Country Garden Services Holdings has pocketed HK$1.96bn ($249.9m) from a top-up placement of new shares.

The Hong Kong-listed issuer hit the market on Thursday following an 8.6% year-to-date climb in its stock price, coming out with an offer of 168.8m shares at HK$11.61 to HK$12 apiece. This valued the placement at up to HK$2.03bn, according to a stock exchange filing.
