Loans primed but levfin needs strong start

The 2019 loans market is raring to go, but lending officials say that the leveraged loan market needs some strong deals right away to ease the hangover lingering from last year.

Loans bankers said on Wednesday that they are sitting on around 10 to 14 deals that are being prepared for launch across investment grade and leveraged finance.
