AccorHotels beds in with Paris acquisition

France’s AccorHotels has bought its Paris head office for €363m, drawing on a new green loan to finance the acquisition.

Hospitality group AccorHotels financed the bulk of the purchase of the Tour Sequana building in Paris through a €300m eight year green mortgage loan.

The loan pays a 180bp fixed rate annually. Crédit Agricole provided the financing and was the structuring advisor on the transaction.
