CMI goes green to renew Lat Am debut issuer pipeline

The Central American renewable energy subsidiary of multinational conglomerate Corporación Multi Inversiones (CMI) will begin investor meetings on Friday as it seeks to become the first debut issuer from Latin America since May.

Investment Energy Resources Ltd (IERL), a holding company that owns six renewable energy projects across Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica, wants to sell a senior unsecured 144A/Reg S dollar green bond with an intermediate maturity in order to repay project finance debt in advance.
