AGS Transact returns with Rp10bn IPO

AGS Transact Technologies has revived its plans for a Rp10bn ($143.3m) IPO in India, according to a draft prospectus filed on Monday.

The payment solutions provider — which counts global private equity firm TPG Capital among its largest shareholders — is planning to float through a Rp4bn issue of fresh stock and an offer-for-sale of Rp6bn in secondary shares.
