iDreamSky files for Hong Kong IPO after Nasdaq delisting

Former Nasdaq-listed iDreamSky Technology Holdings has filed for an IPO in Hong Kong, two years after it was taken private.

The Chinese mobile games publisher is working with China Merchants Securities, CICC and Credit Suisse as sponsors for the Hong Kong listing, according to a preliminary prospectus submitted last Friday.
