Kettle parts maker Strix floats for £190m on AIM

Strix Group, the UK maker of kettle safety components, has successfully concluded its £190m IPO on London’s Alternative Investment Market.

The deal, which consisted of 190m new shares at 100p a share, is for 100% of the company. Strix will therefore also have an initial market capitalisation of £190m when it begins trading on Tuesday, August 8.

Zeus Capital was bookrunner and adviser to the company.
